LynavoPaste Team（以下简称“我们”）重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明 LynavoPaste（以下简称“本应用”）在您使用本应用时处理的信息、处理方式和您可行使的控制方式。
本应用为 macOS 剪贴板管理工具。使用本应用前，请阅读本隐私政策。您使用本应用，即表示您理解本隐私政策所述的信息处理方式。
1. 我们处理的信息
为提供本应用的功能，我们会处理以下信息：
- 剪贴板内容：您复制或主动导入的文本、富文本、图片、链接、颜色、文件及文件夹的相关信息，以及为保存和还原该等内容所需的数据。
- 剪贴板记录信息：用于展示、检索、去重和管理记录的信息，包括复制时间、内容类型、内容预览、标题、固定或收藏状态、分类和收藏夹信息。
- 来源应用信息：产生剪贴板内容的应用的名称、标识信息、位置及图标。
- 文件相关信息：复制或导入文件及文件夹时，相关的文件 URL、路径等必要信息。
- 设置数据：快捷键、开机自启、外观、语言、历史保留期限、排除应用列表和 iCloud 同步设置。
- 购买权益信息：在您使用应用内购买功能时，本应用通过 Apple StoreKit 获取产品信息并核验相应购买权益。
本应用不要求您创建账户，也不处理您的支付卡信息或 Apple ID 密码。
2. 信息处理目的
我们仅为以下目的处理上述信息：
- 记录、展示、搜索、分类、去重和管理剪贴板历史；
- 按您的操作复制、粘贴、拖放或预览所选内容；
- 保存和应用您的设置、收藏夹及历史保留规则；
- 在您开启 iCloud 同步后，在关联设备间同步相应数据；
- 提供、恢复和核验 App Store 应用内购买权益；
- 维护本应用的正常运行并诊断本地运行问题。
3. 本地存储与保留
默认情况下，本应用将剪贴板历史和设置存储在您的 Mac 本地。本应用不为剪贴板管理功能将该等数据上传至我们运营的服务器。
您可在应用设置中选择历史保留期限；默认期限为一个月。超过所选期限的普通历史记录会被自动删除。固定、收藏或归入收藏夹的记录不适用该普通历史清理规则，直至您自行取消固定、取消收藏、移出收藏夹或删除记录。
您可以在本应用中删除单条历史记录、删除指定来源应用的历史记录或清空普通历史记录。将应用加入排除列表后，排除列表会阻止记录来自该应用的后续剪贴板内容。将应用添加到排除列表时，您可选择同时删除该应用已有的普通历史记录；如未选择，已有记录不会被自动删除。普通历史记录不包括置顶、已收藏或已归入收藏夹的记录。
4. iCloud 同步
iCloud 同步默认关闭。仅当您在应用设置中主动开启 iCloud 同步，且设备已登录 iCloud 并允许本应用使用 iCloud 时，本应用才会使用 Apple CloudKit 同步以下数据：
- 剪贴板历史及其内容、预览、分类、来源应用和固定或收藏状态；
- 收藏夹及相关元数据；
- 历史保留期限等必要设置。
同步数据由 Apple 的 iCloud/CloudKit 服务处理，并适用 Apple 的隐私政策和服务条款。关闭 iCloud 同步会停止本应用后续同步，但不会自动删除此前已同步至 iCloud 的数据，也不会自动删除本机已有记录。
5. 第三方服务与网络访问
本应用不集成广告 SDK、第三方行为分析 SDK 或开发者运营的用户画像服务。
本应用仅在以下情形使用第三方服务或访问网络：
- Apple iCloud/CloudKit：仅在您开启 iCloud 同步后，用于同步第 4 节所述数据；
- Apple App Store/StoreKit：在您查看产品、购买、恢复购买或核验购买权益时，用于完成交易和权益验证；
- 链接预览网站：当您主动在应用内预览链接时，本应用会加载链接对应的网站。该网站可能依其自身政策处理与本次访问有关的信息。
除非适用法律要求、为保护用户或公众安全所必需，或取得您的同意，我们不会向其他第三方披露您的剪贴板内容。
6. 您的控制方式
您可以通过以下方式控制相关数据处理：
在本应用中，您可以：
- 设置历史保留期限，删除记录或清空普通历史；
- 管理排除应用列表；
- 开启或关闭 iCloud 同步；
- 开启或关闭开机自启。
在 macOS 系统设置中，您可以：
- 管理 iCloud 账户及相关的 macOS 系统设置；
- 查看、批准或管理本应用的登录项。
通过 Apple 账户，您可以：
本应用的排除列表仅影响其生效后的剪贴板捕捉。已保存的记录需通过本应用的删除功能处理。
7. 安全
本应用默认将剪贴板历史保存在您的设备上。开启 iCloud 同步后，数据通过 Apple 的 iCloud/CloudKit 服务处理。任何数据存储或传输方式均无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保护您的设备、macOS 用户账户和 Apple 账户，并审慎使用本应用处理敏感剪贴板内容。
8. 本隐私政策的更新
我们可能因功能、法律法规或安全需要更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本将公布新的生效日期。若更新对您的权利或信息处理方式有重大影响，我们会在法律要求或合理可行的范围内通过应用内提示或其他适当方式通知您。

LynavoPaste Team ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the information that LynavoPaste (the "App") processes when you use it, how that information is processed, and the controls available to you.
The App is a clipboard manager for macOS. Please read this Privacy Policy before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge the information-processing practices described in this Privacy Policy.
To provide the App's features, we process the following information:
- Clipboard content: Text, rich text, images, links, colors, files, folders, and related information that you copy or actively import, as well as data required to store and restore that content.
- Clipboard record information: Information used to display, search, deduplicate, and manage records, including copy time, content type, content preview, title, pinned or favorite status, categories, and collection information.
- Source application information: The name, identifying information, location, and icon of the application that created clipboard content.
- File-related information: Necessary information, such as file URLs and paths, when you copy or import files and folders.
- Settings data: Shortcuts, launch-at-login setting, appearance, language, history retention period, excluded-app list, and iCloud sync setting.
- Purchase entitlement information: When you use in-app purchases, the App uses Apple StoreKit to retrieve product information and verify applicable purchase entitlements.
The App does not require account creation and does not process your payment card information or Apple ID password.
2. Purposes of Processing
We process the information above only to:
- Record, display, search, categorize, deduplicate, and manage clipboard history;
- Copy, paste, drag, drop, or preview content in response to your actions;
- Save and apply your settings, collections, and history retention rules;
- Synchronize applicable data across associated devices when you enable iCloud sync;
- Provide, restore, and verify App Store in-app purchase entitlements;
- Maintain normal App operation and diagnose local operational issues.
3. Local Storage and Retention
By default, the App stores clipboard history and settings locally on your Mac. The App does not upload this data to servers operated by us for its clipboard-management features.
You can select a history retention period in the App's settings. The default period is one month. Ordinary history records that exceed the selected period are deleted automatically. Pinned, favorited, or records saved to a collection are not subject to this ordinary-history cleanup rule until you unpin, unfavorite, remove from a collection, or delete them.
Within the App, you can delete individual history records, delete history from a specific source application, or clear ordinary history. After you add an application to the excluded-app list, the excluded-app list prevents subsequent clipboard content from that application from being recorded. When adding the application to the excluded-app list, you may also choose to delete its existing ordinary history; existing records are not deleted automatically if you do not select this option. Ordinary history does not include pinned, favorited, or records saved to a collection.
4. iCloud Sync
iCloud sync is disabled by default. The App uses Apple CloudKit to sync the following data only when you actively enable iCloud sync in the App's settings, are signed in to iCloud, and allow the App to use iCloud:
- Clipboard history and its content, previews, categories, source applications, and pinned or favorite status;
- Collections and related metadata;
- Necessary settings, such as the history retention period.
Synced data is processed through Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services and is subject to Apple's privacy policy and service terms. Turning off iCloud sync stops future synchronization by the App, but does not automatically delete data previously synced to iCloud or records already stored on your Mac.
5. Third-Party Services and Network Access
The App does not integrate advertising SDKs, third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, or developer-operated profiling services.
The App uses third-party services or accesses the network only in the following circumstances:
- Apple iCloud/CloudKit: Only when you enable iCloud sync, to synchronize the data described in Section 4;
- Apple App Store/StoreKit: When you view products, make a purchase, restore purchases, or verify purchase entitlements, to complete transactions and validate entitlements;
- Websites for link previews: When you actively preview a link in the App, the App loads the website addressed by that link. That website may process information related to the visit under its own policies.
We do not disclose your clipboard content to other third parties unless required by applicable law, necessary to protect the safety of users or the public, or with your consent.
6. Your Controls
You can control related data processing in the following ways:
In the App, you can:
- Set a history retention period, delete records, or clear ordinary history;
- Manage the excluded-app list;
- Enable or disable iCloud sync;
- Enable or disable launch at login.
In macOS System Settings, you can:
- Manage your iCloud account and related macOS settings;
- View, approve, or manage the App's Login Item.
Through your Apple Account, you can:
- Manage subscriptions and purchases.
The excluded-app list affects clipboard capture after it takes effect. Use the App's deletion features to remove records that were previously stored.
7. Security
The App stores clipboard history on your device by default. When iCloud sync is enabled, data is processed through Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services. No method of data storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your device, macOS user account, and Apple Account, and use care when processing sensitive clipboard content through the App.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy because of changes to features, applicable laws, or security needs. The updated version will include a new effective date. If an update materially affects your rights or information-processing practices, we will provide notice through the App or another appropriate method where required by law or reasonably practicable.
